AP vs. 10 day hopper

Are you sure you don't qualify? I thought I saw a post somewhere else on the DIS that you don't have to be a resident of the UK?
I saw this website posted in the UK forum. They definitely sell to United States addresses. I just don't know if there's a need to somehow activate them with proof of residency upon arrival. I have no need for a 14-day ticket right now but maybe someone who does would be interested in investigating further.

Jo Jo, 10 days over 30 would be fine, however the point i was making is that those 10 have to be used within 14 days of 1st use, leaving 14 more days with no parks.....i'd prefer a more even distribution....

As for what i do for a month, pretty much whatever we want at whatever pace we want....My wife and i love the fine dining every other or every third day....then there are the pools, resort hopping, Celebration (town), Disney Springs etc....whatever the mood is....

As for people saying 8 days to two weeks is more than enough well that's fine for them.....But after 1 month i still have 11 more months at home..... :)
Oh yes I understand. As I said on another thread, I'd love to be one of those with enough points to stay a few months. Not so much the dues bill though.

Unless it’s changed the billing address (associated with the CC) cannot be in the US id purchasing via the UK Disney site.

US citizens with a UK address can purchase though. If a relative or friend lives in the UK they can transfer them to you via MDE.

I think some resellers will send physical cards through the mail but some charge a pretty high fee. The UK Disney site is a no-go though.

Yes. That's true about the Disney UK website. The link I posted is for a 3rd party seller. They will send an email with your ticket code (similar to other ticket sellers do) so that you can link it in MDE or pick them up at guest services.
