How long after ordering does it typically take for the AP vouchers from MS to arrive?

I am going the first week in August and was going to order them next week? Will they arrive in time?

Thanks!

You should be fine. You also have the option to do "will call" and pick them up there, saving postage.

I did not know that--this will be the first time ordering--I think that is what I will do.

Another question, one will be for my DD 13--do I need to bring something to show who she is?

I have ordered my AP through MS and I have a "Will Call" number.
Can I use this to log onto the AP web site, or to enter into the new ADR site where it asks if you are an AP holder?
TIA

The Will call number will not get you onto the passholder website. You would need an exchange voucher or actual ap to logon.

We always use will-call too. It's never been a problem. We generally only renew now, so we always have an AP number to get into the AP website.

It's about ten days to get them by mail. If you aren't getting them ahead of time for any reason (like you heard prices are going up, haven't heard that though), just go to any Guest Services at one of the theme parks or DTD and buy them in person. That's what we did last year. It took about ten minutes and we also picked up the Tables in Wonderland Card as well.

That's what I was going to say - there's no need to do anything in advance. It won't take more than a few minutes more (or maybe none) to just buy them when you get there. Bring your ID and your DVC membership card (and your 10% discount coupon if you have one) and do it there.

I did look them up but am still deciding on whether or not I need to buy 2 or 3 (not sure if my one DD will go next summer as she will be heading off to college and she is not sure she wants to give up one of her last weeks with friends--don't blame her).

We are heading down August 5th and I have heard they usually go up in August so it might be better to order them next week. If I wait to order on the 3rd of July, it will miss the statement closing date on my Disney Visa and I won't have to pay for them until August anyway.

I wish that the 10% card extended into August or I would definitely wait, but I believe you have to purchase in person by July 31st.

Thanks again everyone for the info!

I forgot about the expiration date on the coupons - you're right it was July 31! That stinks.
