My first day in the parks will be Saturday, 5/14. I would like to upgrade my MYW ticket to an annual pass and purchase a TIW card prior to my first ADR in MK.
Does anyone have a suggestion of whether crowds/waits will be better/worse at the window outside of MK or City Hall within MK? This will be my first time visiting Disney World, and I was curious how I could possibly expedite the process.
