AP to RFID

So we have PAP that we upgraded from our last trip when DVC was running their special and we also have a voucher that we went ahead and bought for DS2 who will be 3 by this next trip. Sooo, i am trying to figure out if I should go ahead and convert the AP to RFID? Ive read differing opinions on if it the lines are faster. My main concern would be at DHS where we have to get in our three TSMM rides a shorter line would mean quicker entry and thus better FP return times. I know that we can exchange AP at the odyssey center in Epcot but our niece will be with us and will just have MYW tickets and we do not have an Epcot day planned for this short 3 day trip. How do I get these AP switched logistically if she can't get in the park? Do you need to show DL to switch them out? If not then I guess that one of us adults could just go over on evening and get them all...any thoughts or insight?

OK, well I am assuming that we dont need ID for the little ones since the dont have any Guess we will have to split it up and switch off with the kids then. Thanks for the info, seems simple now that I say it, lol! Sometimes it just helps to talk it out...thanks!!
