Does Disney offer or any other travel place ever offer special prices on AP's or are the prices pretty set in stone?

I can get a Premium AP through the military $17 less then the price on the disneyland website, just wondering if this was probably the best deal around?

I think AAA gives you a $20 discount (but you'd need to call DLR and make sure as I've never used it.) If you own DVC you can also get a $20 discount on an AP. Those discounts are only good for the first purchase, not renewals.
