AP room rate discounts

I am wanting to come the end of july and am wondering if anyone can recommend a awesome priced hotel using my ap... not in the DL resort...

You won't be able to use you AP at any other hotels besides the hotels of the Disneyland Resort.
But Best Western Plus Park Place Inn & Mini Suites, Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn or Anaheim Desert Inn & Suites are all my choices at being close and affordable the are in the order of my likes.

I *thought* HoJo's might offer some type of discount for DL AP'ers, or maybe they did at least a year or two ago? Anyone confirm or deny?

Other than that I don't know of any other non-Disney hotels that offer AP discounts.

Yes HoJo's does (which I forgot about) but the reason I forgot about it is because of the policy change on there part for AP holders.

I don't like the non cancelable policy on the discount you receive for having an AP that said I won't book with my AP with them.

You can get the 20% AP discount without worrying about the noncancellation policy. That policy only applies to the Retro Discount with an AP (or Entertainment Card). Since the OP is coming the end of July (and I am assuming that means this year), there's not a huge likelihood that they would be able to get the Retro Rate anyway--but the 20% AP discount would apply if rooms are available. Not much, but every little bit helps I suppose.

This is an intesting question. I'll compile a list of hotels that offer AP discounts in this post. If anyone knows of other hotels that do AP discounts please reply.
