AP room code?

I'm new to the US/IOA board and am trying to book a room for my trip next month--I know, last minute. I have tried the FAN code and the Loew's code and am wondering if there is a code you can enter for your AP or do you have to call to check on AP discounts? We got a powerpass last month and thought of adding an extra day to our trip. So far, the best price I can get is PBH for $179 a night.

One other question: do you get to use express ride even if you are staying only 1 night?? Or do you have to stay a minum of a certain nights?

What room type is the 179 for? As far as booking on like and using the AP codes i have never done it. I always book at the lowes # uescape and just as for all the codes and get the best rate for what i have. Also there's ent rate.

Hi Tammy, the $179 was for a standard room. Ent. discount is the only thing I don't have, but looks like that is the best folks seem to get.

Is the $179.00 rate a special rate? I dont believe you can access the AP rates online. Call 1 800 BE A STAR and ask for the AP, Entertainment, AAA, Fan Club or any other promotional rates they may have. You can also give www.hotelkingdom.com a try.

Joyce, You can check for AP discounts online; the code is APH.

Is the Powerpass the one with the blackout dates? If so, I think I remember reading that it was ineligible for discounts.

Thanks Lynn! Thats great! I looked up my dates using the APH code then tried same dates using FAN code and it priced the same. Any chance there is an Entertainment code? Thanks again!

Thanks for all of the info. Yes the AP is the power pass, but I did put in the APH and got the same price as the FAN. $179 for the garden view (standard) room. I will give them a call. I am usually a big planner, but decided to zip over to USF for our first night in. So I'm assuming that we can use the express ride feature our first day and our last day?
