AP restaurant discounts?

We will be purchasing an AP for the first time for our trip in October. What kind of discounts can we expect at restaurants? Are the discounts good at all restaurants, both sit down and counter service?

There are a limited number of restaurants (all sit down) that the discount is goof for. It's 10%, and is limited in days and times, as well as the number of guests who can receive the discount.
