Ok. It seems like the park reservations that I made prior to my AP upgrade are not properly showing as those with a resort reservation. As you can see in my screenshots below in my original post, I have no more days available to reserve despite the fact that all the reservations I currently hold are when we are staying at WDW resorts. So. Who do I call? Does it have to be the AP #? Or the website support #?

Original Post: I am trying to make reservations with my AP for June and I am getting nowhere. Is the system down now that APs are on sale for the public? Is the system just overwhelmed? This is what I am seeing:

To be fair, I am panicking a bit.

I am seeing this, so it doesn’t seem broken

Edited to add: I have a pixie dust pass.

Have you made the max number of reservations allotted for your AP type? If so you'll only see bonus reservations available for booking which is what you're seeing.

All my other reservations are linked to a resort reservation that was booked before I upgraded to the DVC Sorcerer's Pass. So it seems like something is wrong internally as I should still have all my 5 days available with this additional, non-resort stay. Sigh.

Alrighty. I talked to a cast member via chat. I had to delete all my reservations that were made prior to the upgrade during my resort stay. I rebooked all.

Similar story for me -- I had 18 park reservations booked for May and June (combination of work trips and a family trip, 13 of them with Disney resort reservations).

I decided to add water parks to my Incredipass. I called and accomplished that, and the next day every park reservation was gone. No notification of any kind, they just weren't there any more. I gave it a day in case it was just one of those common temporary glitches, but nope, still gone.

So I rebooked them all. No big deal, but I'm glad I checked before there were any days without reservations available.
