Ok. It seems like the park reservations that I made prior to my AP upgrade are not properly showing as those with a resort reservation. As you can see in my screenshots below in my original post, I have no more days available to reserve despite the fact that all the reservations I currently hold are when we are staying at WDW resorts. So. Who do I call? Does it have to be the AP #? Or the website support #?
Original Post: I am trying to make reservations with my AP for June and I am getting nowhere. Is the system down now that APs are on sale for the public? Is the system just overwhelmed? This is what I am seeing:
