AP renewal/seasonal pass renewal $ ?

We currently have an annual pass and a season pass that are about to expire, does anyone know what the price of these are now. Looking at the ticket prices on this sight it states 238.56 and 148.04, but looking at walt disney world site it says 350.34 and 201.29. Is there any discounts available? Thanks for any info.
