AP Renewal Question

Hi, we purchased AP's online last November (5th) and we need to renew soon.
The passes have been in my husbands wallet for a year and I can no longer read the number on the back. Would MS have a record of our pass numbers so that we can renew through them?
We won't be back until the end of December I don't want to miss out on the 15 month renewal option.

When you get an AP, your information is recorded for posterity, so they don't need the info on the back of the ticket. Just your name, address and a photo ID.

You should be receiving information in the mail soon. Mine expires 10/18 and I got something in the mail last Monday. It had my pass # on it.
