I have renewed DH's AP online and now I am wondering... Do they send a new voucher that has to be activated or what? How does this work? I know it will be valid from the day that the old one expires but the rest is a mystery to me. Your thoughts and help are always appreciated.
My DH just did this in October and yes they do send the voucher just like always. Basically, everything's the same except you can renew it online instead of calling. I much prefer to do it this way. It's easier and doesn't cost me a long distance phone call.
