The wife and I canceled a good 6 months ago. One refund came through about 3 months ago. Still waiting on the other. How many folks are still waiting out there? If there’s a lot, I’ll just keep waiting, not looking forward to hours of being out on hold.

Our family of five cancelled our Disneyland annual passports at the earliest request date. Our passes expired on August 31, 2020. We have only received one refund-received at the end of October 2020. We are still waiting on the other four refunds.
