Aulani Villas & Views -- Updated 03/21/2017

All of the room pic links I tried are broken would anyone have any pictures and recommendation for best poolside garden one bedroom views? This is a bucket list trip in October for our son and his girlfriend so we want to request a great view for them. We have never been to Aulani (BWV/AK owners) so we are clueless Thanks in advance!

Great view …… from my reading the highest floor for poolside garden view villas is 5?

Yes on the Four Seasons. But no on the parking structure--what you see here is the 4S parking structure across the street from Aulani.

My friend booked a partial ocean view room directly with Aulani (non-DVC). Any recommendations on what to request? I am not sure if all of the Waianae lobby wing rooms facing the pools are considered full ocean view.

Aulani owner here. Just got back from 5 nights in a 2 bed poolside garden view, 5th floor Ewa room 550.

No we didn't make any special requests. Guess we just lucked out!

Eh….when the balcony door is open, sure. Not really when it’s closed as I remember it.

But we don’t have daytime nappers so I’m not sure I would have noticed or cared.

We've been to Aulani a half-dozen times. All of our stays have been in GV's and we've never noticed any noise from outside when the balcony doors are closed. The units seem to be well insulated.

We had an ocean view studio and didn’t notice noise. In the GV we also didn’t notice noise.

My issue is that I spend a decent chunk of the day on the balcony enjoying the breeze and I think the inner side of the V might be a bit hectic for me... I know others truly enjoy the hawaiian resort ambiance.
