AP rates for booking online?

Why can't I access the passholder rates online in MDE?? What am I doing wrong?

I go to Annual Passholder and enter. It claims that I am able to view prices for AP's. BUT it only shows the GP offers! How do I access AP rates for resorts?

i'm not sure about the phone app, but online you must have an AP or voucher linked to your account and log in to the account immediately before checking the offers.

There should be a drop down menu to view all guest prices or annual pass prices.

Here is what you should be seeing:

Log into MDE on a computer

In the drop down menu under My Disney Experience, You see "Plan and Manage" and "My Account".

Under "My Account" is the listing "Annual Passholders". Click on this.

This will bring you to "Home for Passholders". You should see: "Make the Most of Your Annual Pass", "Passholder Resort Special Offers", Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party" and "Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party".

Click on "Passholder Resort Special Offers". This will bring up ALL offers, not just AP discounts but all GP discounts as well.

If you are not able to log into this page, your AP is not linked correctly to your MDE account. Make sure it is your AP number and not the voucher for the AP.

It's all there, as you say. I can book MVMCP with AP discount. I can see everything as you describe but when I click on "Passholder resort special offers" it only shows the same old GP RO discount for up to 30% off. NO AP room discounts!

There may not be any right now. There aren't always room discounts I thought. Only when they're running a special. And I believe you have to contact a CM for that on the phone.

I thought you meant for buying MNSSHP or MVMCP tickets.

There are AP discounts available at the moment for booking until Dec 24, unfortunately the only way that I can access them is to call WDW. I was hoping to be able to look at them online. I thought that I had read about others doing so.

It sounds like you AP is not linked correctly. Are you sure it is the actual AP and not the voucher? The voucher number will not pull up AP discounts. You must have the AP number linked.

Currently there are three exclusive Passholder discounts posted:
"Passholders: Enjoy Great Rates at Select Disney Resort Hotels in Early Fall!" "Passholders: Get Tables in Wonderland Membership for just $100!"
"Passholders: Save up to 35% at Select Disney Resort Hotels This Fall!"

When the special offers page comes up, there should be another link for special offers by affiliations (or something to that extent). Click on it, click AP holder and sign in again (I know, its redundant). You should be able to see all the special offers at that point (AP & GP)
