AP Rates for April

hey all. saw that the savings on a deluxe resort with AP is $133. I was wondering if that was per night or total? I am thinking about going April 8th - 15th and was wondering if anyone has booked WL for that time using the discount. If not how much do you think I would reasonably save? Do you think the AP is a good bet for someone that is going to go atleast 2 time a year? thanks so much

we are a family of five, two adults and two children and an infant. So we purchased AP for all of us last year in October. So we used them then and we also plan to use them at least twice this year. We actually ended up better with the AP because you can hop around and you have a year to use them plus, we took advantage of the 10% off resteraunts and world of disney offers too... So for us is actually has worked out better.... BUT my advice is to sit down and crunch the numbers....

I booked Wilderness Lodge in the same appx. time slot as you are talking about and got a woods view room for 192/night (214.08 with tax)...The same room would have been 325/night/without tax with no discounts for that time period. We are saving appx. $890.00 for a 6 night stay this year by using the annual passholder discount! That more than pays for the annual pass...Hope that helps. Have a great time!!

thanks so much for the info. I just got a quote of $1500 for 6 nights with a courtyard view. That's a bit steep for me right now. My TA informed me that it's supposed to be super busy that time of year and they had no other rooms available with the AP discount. Has anyone found that with the AP discount they don't offer the the standard view or cheapest rooms? It'd be nice to have a courtyard or woods views...but I am more concerned with saving money. thanks

I just called and got rates for 3-30-06 thru 4-4-06 with AP discount and this is what I was told:

Pop Century $446 for standard room
$513 for preferred room

Yacht Club $1,962 for water view - no standard available with AP rate

Beach Club $1,572 (I think this was a preffered room as well?)

Wilderness Lodge Villas Studio $1,493
- Water View Hotel Room $2,325

NO Mods available at all!! I was gonna check for Poly and GF but the deluxes are just out of my price range right now. I think I'm going with Pop ... I really don't want to stay at Pop again

I have the WL for 6 night AP rate 127O 214 per night wth tax..Woods view

BTW,,they did hae standard views a month or so ago..The WL has ery few Standard views available.They go fast
