Welcome to the DIS!!!

"AP Rates" are rates available to annual passholders. You must have an annual pass when you check into your hotel, but not when you make your reservation. Hope that helps!

These rates are NOT a rehash of the codes! I just saved almost $300 on an All Stars reservation (can't save that much b/c the rates are low). $59 a night is a good rate for June. I did try to get CS for the same dates with no luck. I'll likely end up upgrading at least part of the reservation.

sandramaac -- Last year was a very unusual situation. Usually, I get my AP or other summer discount rates for an early June trip around the end of March. One year, I changed my reservation for part of our trip the day we left home and saved about $200.

BTW, this is the first time since we've been going to Disney regularly that I've seen moderates for $74 in June. In 2000, I got POR for $109 and thought I got a steal.

O my GOodness! I thought my heart was going to pop out of my heart when I got my quote-----May 9---18 Poly Garden View

Old Total: 2449.00
New Total: 1997.00

I saved $452! Poly garden is $221 a night (includes tax)

Yipee!!!!!!!! Thanks for posting. The funny thing was I went to the Mall to buy my Disney passes but I did not buy mine yet because I was not sure if AP rates would ever come out. Before I went I checked and they weren't out but when I came home they were! :bounce:

Just called Inquiring about AP rates, I had already made a reservation, but didn't say anything about it. CRO switched me to
cast member who just saved me $348 on reservations at
Fort Wilderness Cabins! I am so excited! The rates went from
$189 a nite to $160 ...multiply by 12 days...that's quite a savings!
I'm wondering with the rates so good at the Poly, should I stay
one nite or so just to see how it is...I have 3 kids(and me and Hubby) so i need sleeping for 5. We stayed at Port orleans
Riverside last time and loved it, but towards the end it started
getting cramped. I never hear anyone talk about the Cabins..
Is it a downer to stay there? i know the pools aren't themed
but Port orleans wasn't that themed either? Any Recommendations???

Saved another $134. for our stay at CBR :bounce: :bounce:

I just recieved an e-mail from my dreams agent.....THEY ARE GREAT!

I've been checking these boards and Mousesavers every day, a couple times a day, for AP rates. Wouldn't you know the one day I actually leave the house the rates come out. I was only able to get 6 of my 13 night at CBR at the AP rate. The other 7 nights are $20 more a night than the AP's. It took a lot of complaining and asking to switch CM's for me to even get the 6 nights. The 1st CM told me there were only 3 nights available and I would have to check out and check back in. How ridiculous is that? That was why I asked for a supervisor. Good thing I did because she found the 6 nights. Good luck to everyone. I just wish they required every guest in the room to have an AP. That would free up a lot of these rooms and allow true Passholders to get the rates that should be available to them.

I just got off the phone with CRO and had the AP rates successfully applied to all of my dates! I'm saving nearly $200 US. Thank-you so much for posting the info! I'm so excited... everyone at work thinks I'm nuts, but who cares! I'm going to Disney :teeth:

Well thanks to my wonderful Dreams agent, Beth C, we've secured an even further discount of $150 on a Water View Room at the Yacht Club - we're so happy :) - That'll be the bill for a knock out dinner at California Grill - I'm so pleased

Woo Hoo !!! Got the AP rate info today from Mousesavers while at work. Got our 6 nights at CBR with the AP rate, and saved
$210 !!! More souvenier money !!!

Have a question for you guys....just renewed our AP's and received the vouchers (exchange cards) in the mail.

Will these be enough for the hotel to honor our AP rate?

Our other AP's expire on the 11th, 2 days before we check in.

Thanks for any help !!

Ok..here is my AP rate story....

I have an upgrade from POFQ to WL for the dates of 6/27 to 7/4.

My total night rate with tax is $175.50 for 3 adults.

I tried to get the $139 rate, but they add $25 per night for the 3rd adult (my son). So the total cost would have been $60 higher if I took the AP rate.

I guess this makes sense. My son is 19 and is charged as an adult...I am not sure if that was the case with the POFQ ressie, since my wife did that, but I guess I was told the true story.

Does this sound logical to everyone?...I never have tried the codes before and don't know what to expect exactly.

HOORAY! Just rebooked my May trip and saved a gob of money!

I'm leaving in 6 days and was able to apply the AP rate(59.00) to my All Star Sports room for 5 of my nights. She let me keep the code rate of 74.00 for the first night. I almost didn't check Mousesavers today because every other day I have checked there was no change! I am a happy camper!:bounce: I started this ressie at 99.00 a night.

The price difference for the YC Waterview was $17 a night. It wasn't worth it for us.

Last year we paid $330.25 for the same room category at Polynesian (GV concierge). This year it's $328.93. Not that that's a bad thing. . .just interesting.

i just called to see if i could get the ap rate for por for my june 11-16 trip. the cm said it wasn't available for those dates but i could keep trying. i'm a little bummed b/c i have been a little nuts about waiting for the rate to come out and i can't use it. i'm going w/my old college roommate to celebrate our 25th birthdays and was hoping to use the extra money for dinner or going out. now i have it in my head to see about wl. are they only offering a woods view ap rate? thanks.

I have a CBR ressie at $94/night. The AP rates are not available for CBR for June 15-21 for me... not for any of the dates. Oh, well.

This is great news about the AP rates. . . I'm hoping they will be available for August! I noticed there is a discount for WL woods view ($139). Does anyone know if there is a discount for standard rooms that would be even less than the $139? (Not that I'd be disappointed to pay that for a woods view! ) Thanks! Any indication from Disney about expecting similar rates for later in the summer?

The $139 rate at WL and AKL applies to standard rooms.
