So maybe I totally missed the boat on this, but when do you have to call to get these rates? I just planned a spur of the moment trip for the end of January but am thinking I missed the window to try and get a good rate for a room.

I suggest you call today. The rates should be good.

One code for your time frame just ended 12/29 but definitely call today and see what you can get. At the very least ask for a AAA discount.
