AP Rate for October

Normally when should I expect to see an AP rate for October?

Prior to last year, normally you wouldn't see AP Holder discounts in October. Since the current AP Holder discount offer expires September 30th, IF Disney is going to offer these discounts after that time, I would expect to see the offer released around the first of September.
