AP rate for Disney hotels in July

Hi Everyone,

I was thinking about getting a AP for our trip in July , could someone please tell me what the AP rates are for the 3 Disney hotels for July 13-16.

Paradise Pier - no avail 13, 14. 15th and 16th $275
for a view room $329 first two nights, $356 next two. Concierge is also avail, $365 first two, $383 next two.
Disneyland - no avail standard or view . Concierge is $531 first two, $576 next two
Grand - 13th and 14th $401. 15th and 16th $432. View, $446 first two, $477 next two. Concierge $680 first two, $734 next two (omg)

Oh, and I meant to also mention... not sure of your level of Disneyland obsession (lol) or your schedule, but July 17th is Disneyland's actual anniversary.. not that they do much except for the bigger anniversaries, this year will be 56, but still kinda cool

Thank you for looking up the rates for me. Unfortunately our plane tickets are already purchased, so we have to leave on the 16th. I would have liked to stay for the anniversary if I had known.
