AP question

I have received a form about extending our AP's.

It's in French so unfortunately I can't read it, but think I get the gist of it.

If I can get 1 sponsor before end of Oct (24th?) will that mean we'll an extension on our AP's?

If so how long? Is it 6 months? What does 'soit 50% de temps en plus!' mean?


How do I go about getting the extra added? Do I have to go in person?

The reason I'm asking is that DD's father wants to take her next August, but her AP runs out at the end of July 2008. If I can get her 1 sponsor she will not need a ticket to go - they are staying in a caravan site nearby so will not get tickets included.

My DD got one of these as well.
If you sponsor one new AP before 24th October, using the special sponsor form, you can extend your own AP for 6 months. You can send your AP away up to 30 days before it expires, to the AP office at DLRP, and they will add the extension on for you, and return your extended AP to you in the post.

I did this with mine last month, it took about 10 days there and back (but to be on the safe side, I'd post it as soon as you reach the 30-days before date), and I was very impressed with the service from the AP office

As long as your DD's AP was bought, and was not a free one, and its not already been extended by sponsorship, she should be able to use this special sponsor form fine.
