Does everyone in your party have to have a AP to get a AP discount on a room only reservation? And is this wrong? To buy one person a AP to get the discount on a room. Some discounts are worth doing that! Just a thought

Only one person needs an AP to reserve the room at the AP rate.

Do you think this is dishonest or wrong? I have seen some great AP rates in the past for deluxe rooms and would love to take advantage of the price but we only go once a yr so would not behoove us to by AP for all of us.

Nothing dishonest or wrong about it. If one of you has an AP then you qualify.

I don't think you can use a child's AP to book a room though, so don't try to save a few bucks by doing that.

Not Dishonest at all. If you buy the AP you can get the discounts.
