Received our AP vouchers in the mail, and ordered DDE.:cool1:
We're staying at BWV, does everyone have to be present when I go to GR at the International entrance to exchange these for the actual passes.
I was hoping to leave DH and kids at the pool while I walked over to exchange.

Also, since we will visit BB at least once, is there anywhere other than at BB where we can purchase the tickets with our DVC discount without having to stand in line at BB.
Thanks:)

Yes, every guest who is getting an AP with the voucher will need to be there and all adults will have to present a photo ID.

I think the water parks are the only place to get the DVC discounted ticket.

I don't do water parks, but I've been able to get the discounted PI passes at the resort concierge desk. It wouldn't hurt to ask if they have the water park passes.

I've often renewed or bought new APs for my whole family without anyone else being there. It's been so many years though that I'm not sure about the very first time. But now even with buying new ones, I give them the old ones and they pull up the info.

Depending on your plans, it might be worth trying. But be sure to have your DVC card with you as well as photo ids.

But I will say, I've never had a long wait to purchase or exchange vouchers early in the am. You might just wait until your first park. Even head out just ahead of your family. I think it was last time we renewed that I left Kona after breakfast while my DH paid. By the time they caught the next monorail, I'd finished with GR.

Whe we purchased our AP in May all adults had to show a picture ID to get the AP. Have a good time

But did you try with just one of you being present which is what petbren wants to do. If she has her DHs id along with her own and the DVC card, I doubt there would be a problem. :confused3 The ids would confirm that they live at the same address. It's not as if they take photos any longer for APs at WDW although they still do at DL.

Our APs at Disneyland have our photo on them, so if it was the first time, you would have to be present. . .is there no photo on the WDW APs?

No photos on WDW APs for quite a few years now.
