AP program and DU

Are you still able to use DU for this new program?

How effective are they at getting what you want-or are you just better off doing it yourself online?

they, or any TA for that matter, won't be able to get you something that isn't available in the online program. They won't be able to make the rate lower than the online program sets it BUT by booking with them, or any other specialist agency, you still get the valuble services such as dining arrangements, itenerary planning etc.

I had my trip in December booked through DU, my agent Kelsie was able to get the AP best rate for the Poly. It was quick and painless.
I had to cancel my first booking, but that will be refunded to my credit card so I am not losing anything by changing to the better rate.
Here is hoping that the rates will go down even more!
