AP prices/Deb's vs. Passporter

Does anyone know for sure how much an AP costs?
In my passporter (pg.116) it says $413/$350 includes tax.
On Deb's site it says $403.64/$342.93 includes tax. There are 7 of us so the difference adds up. Help...please...

Maybe I'm reading something wrong?

According to Disneyworld.com, Deb's site is correct. The pass is $379, tax is $24.64 = total of $403.64. Don't know why passporter has it different.
