I'll try this again..last time it ended up on the eBay board:

Well, thanks to someone on this board, who gave me a break with some flying credit, we are off again to Disney in May (and once I saw the big bargain SW was having on costs from NY to FL..in June too!).

My AP has run out, and I'm not sure if I'm getting a new one or the 10 day fun in the Sun, or something like that, from Ireland.

Is there now only one price on AP's? I know no DC card..but does the visa or advanced sale bring the price down at all? Anyone know what today's price is on the regular AP? We would save $195 on our room over the other codes, etc.

Oh..what to do what to do LOL

Currently there are no discounts on AP's or PAP's. Buying ahead doesn't save either. Not sure what AP's go for but adult PAP's are now $499.00 plus tax.

Don't want to buy the pass now until we are sure she is going (I'm ok with spending the 10. price increase from last Sunday in exchange for being able to wait a bit before purchasing). I think the adult AP, which she would need, is about 402. We are going for 11 days (will probably be in the parks for 10 days), so I would like to weigh my options as well. I don't think there is a great chance that DD10 will be going with us again, so a 10 day pass or the 30 day pass I've read about here will suffice. I just need to know the prices on each. It stinks that there is no longer a DC discount. We are paying 25. extra (including the increase) on top of the 377. I paid for each adult AP last year.
I think the only advantage to be gotten by purchasing it early is if you have a Disney Visa, you can get rewards from purchasing now and have them available to use in Disney World. Also, if there are ever double or triple point offers for us, it will be a slightly bigger savings.
Can someone let me know the cost of those other passes mentioned above) or any other comparable ones? It would save me a lot of researching! Thanks!
DMRick-hope the above helps, please let me know what you find out- it will help me decide as well. Have a great time!

Debbie has a current list of all ticket prices on her site at http://www.allearsnet.com/pl/ticketchart.htm . This takes into account the increase from two days ago. Please note that Disney always quotes ticket prices without the 6.5% tax which is then added on. This list DOES include the tax.

It gives one day, bounce back, hoppers, hoppers plus, annual and UPH prices so you can do comparisons. The list does not give prices for tickets not available at the gates, such as the 10 and 30 day.

They sell 30 day fun in the sun (currently good thru 5/04) and it is 300. for adults, and includes a character breakfast, and is good for all parks in WDW. I need to wait to see what the price will be for trips after 6/1- but this may be a good deal for you.

I just ordered my AP (before the price increase) Total cost I believe was 395.99. Was able to receive an AP discount at Pop Century for our May trip. Total cost for 5 nights was $329. From what Dis reservations tell me they do not offer any discounts on AP's such as AAA etc.

I think the best I can do now, is to hope they have double or triple visa points.

What we did was get one PAP so we could get the room and restaurant discounts, then got the fun in the sun tix for the rest of the fam. We are also planning on one day at Kennedy Space Center. Since that is included in the fun in the sun pass, now we only need to buy admission for one.
