Anyone heard any rumors on what and when the price increase for Annual Passes for 2017

I know last year was a change in the system, so I can't really compare anything to that, but if I dont order my AP before winter, what would I be looking at as a price increase? 5%? Should I expect the increase to be announced at around the same time as last year (October)?

The answer to all of those questions, based on well over a decade of past experience watching these things is...

Nobody knows.

(No, I'm not kidding.) ;)

Oh boy! Well I'll just plan to buy my AP as soon as possible I guess!

2015 was odd because there was a price increase in both February and October (as part of the new pass structure). In previous years, the changes happened in June.

Although I'm expecting there to be a price increase, I (naively?) hope that Disney is already charging the full amount that the market will bear. And maybe -- just for once -- they'll need to take a break from price increases this year.

The answer to this question is always the same: buy your park tickets and passes as soon as you can. Prices are never guaranteed and will always increase :(

They went up October 4 (or 5?). I can't believe Disney would allow more than a year to go by......

:rotfl2::rotfl::rotfl2::rotfl:That's a good one.

I know, I know. :) But the last round of increases was designed to reduce demand. That said, there are many passholders who will pay almost any price (even if begrudgingly). So prices will probably go up again.

In previous years, sometimes it happened in June, sometimes not in June.
It simply changed (and continues to change) whenever they want(ed) it to change.
