Qualifies for RP annual pass discounts.
We book during Thanksgiving week, so we need no black out dates .

Looking at the seasonal pass blockout days, I don't see Thanksgiving week, so I think you'd be good with seasonal if you want. All levels of APs work for AP rates at UOR hotels. I'm assuming by RP you mean Royal Pacific.

That is correct for the preferred pass. Be aware though, it seems like AP rates have been a little harder to come by lately, so there is no guarantee that there will be an AP discount at a particular resort for your stay, particularly during a holiday week.
The other passes are not blocked out for Thanksgiving, but the preferred pass also gets you discounts on food and merch and the lower tier ones do not.
