We have had at least one AP in our family since 2004. In the past, we got the voucher in the mail and then would go to Customer Service in DTD when we arrived and exchange it for the actual pass. In fact, I did this in March with my DD's and mine only we took the vouchers to the MK to exchange them as we were headed there for dinner. I went to order my DH's pass for this upcoming trip in November and it only gave me a will call option for delivery and stated that I had to pick up the pass at a theme park ticket window. We had wanted to pickup the pass at Disney Springs Customer Service on our arrival day as we are having dinner there that night. Do they no longer mail the vouchers and do I have to go to a theme park ticket window to get the real pass? Anyone have any input to offer before I call and find out. I don't want to make everyone wait when we get to the park on our first day if I can avoid it and do the pass thing the night before.
