AP perks

Hi everyone, we had annual passes back in 2002 and there were lots of cool little perks associated with them, like the AP lounge behind Pizzafari in AK.

We just got AP's again (to go with the DVC membership!) and we are going to activate the vouchers when we get down there, but my friend was showing me the passholder site (she's already got her activated AP's) and there doesn't seem to be much that I don't already get as a DVC member.

Is there anything unique to the AP's that doesn't overlap DVC? Is the lounge in AK still there? Where should I go to look it up? Thanks!

The biggest perk (I think) is the DDE card that gives you a 20% discount on restaurant bills!

And 10% off at the World of Disney store as well as many restuarants (but that would also be covered by the DDE).

Unfortunately, there is no AP lounge at AK or Epcot anymore. We just loved that perk while it lasted, but it looks like they have no plans to re-open them.
