AP payment plan question

Hello everyone...first time posting! I have come away from this board with a lot of great tips.

I was wondering if anyone knows how the payment plan works for the Premium AP. How is the address verified? the reason I ask is because I live in So Cal partime, but my billing address is my Nor Cal address...including my driver's license.

I can not swing all $459 all at once, but I also don't want to break any rules.

If you own property in SoCal (or rent for most of the year and have utility bills to prove your residence), then you can apply for your AP payment plan in person and explain your living situation. If you buy it online, your billing zip code has to be one of the approved ones for SoCal residents, so if your cards are in NorCal, you'll be out of luck - that's why I suggest going in person and explaining your situation.

I am actually a SoCal resident but put my Premium AP on a 0% promotional rate credit card to get points. Is that an option for you?
 
If you have a utility bill or lease or any other bill in your name with a so Cal address you can use that but as sonnyjane said you have to do it in person instead of online.
 
I am sure I can think of somehting that has the address on it. Otherwise I probably will jsut put it on the old Disney Card.
