DH and I are thinking of attending a MNSSHP on a Sunday. Our AP is blocked out that day. Would we still have to pay for parking when arriving for the 4 pm entry?

I have to say that is an interesting question I never thought about ....... we shifted from the top AP to the Pixie Pass after shutdown, so we are blocked on weekends. Last year we went to the party on a Sunday but opted to stay on property for safety purposes after the party. This year we aren't going but will be going next year. I'd like the answer as well since I mostly stay off property.

We have PD AP, too. Usually stay offsite or at Swolphin. It’s outrageously priced for our dates, though, so off-site it is. Obviously, a parking charge isn’t a deal breaker but just good to know what to expect.

I went digging on the AP webpages and found this ...

Parking is not guaranteed, and is subject to capacity, availability in Disney's discretion, and applicable Pass blockout dates (i.e., a Pass is not valid for parking on a date for which such Pass is blocked out).

So looks like we can't park on block out dates. Good to know!

Of course you can park on black out dates. Tap a credit card instead of your ticket media and you're good to go.
We can not park with our AP and that was what the question was ... can we park during BLOCK OUT dates.
