AP parking hopping VQ ?

Curious my Sister is a new AP holder. She has MK park reservations for Tiana’s opening day. Assuming she scores a VQ. Can they go to MK. Then hop over to Epcot before returning to ride Tiana’s?

Is there still time limits on hopping like after 2?
