AP or DVC Registration

Does anyone recall whether the Wine & Dine Half Marathon allowed AP holders or DVC members to sign up early? I'm interested in running in this, but we will be on a cruise with unreliable internet access when the general reservations open, and I'm guessing the race will fill up that day.

I "swam" the Wine and Dine last year, and I was able to sign up early with AP. I hope to do it again next time. Surely it won't rain the whole race two years in a row!!!

The DL Annual Passholder site says early registration is March 3.

I used DVC registration for 2014 and my active.com confirmations were sent on 2/26. Definitely early registration.
