There has been a few modifications to the AP's sold as of today and as the info is not yet up on the official site :confused3 I thought that it might help somebody going in the near future

There's a discussion on the DCP forum with the details on page 5

In terms of price the Fantasy and the Dream remain the same as last year (139/199€), there's the new one the Classic at 99€ and the Francilen goes up 20€ :scared1: to 119€ ...which is mad as when you add on the parking option (now at 30€ instead of 24€) it's 10€ dearer than the Fantasy and has more blackout days :rotfl:

The Dream gets badly hit in the advantages as they lose the apéritif and see their reduction for the special events fall to 30% instead of 50%.

-Waiting to see the new restaurant menus-

I wonder if they will still honour the terms of the existing APs? I was looking forward to my apparetifs next week.

We go sunday and intended to renew then - perhaps we will wait to the last day and hopefully get the free drink on our current AP's.

The free drink for 2 adults and 3 children made quite a difference.

The existing pass advantages don't change so you'll be okay :thumbsup2

It's for all passes bought from today on.

I think that a lot of people will be buying the Fantasy as the Dream is becoming less and less attractive every year.

There's also talk of a new pass that will be monthly and will be a sort of Dream Premium but nothing concrete for the moment.

Hmmmm, after 11 years of having a Dream (Fantasia as was), it seems little point having a top tier AP with the exception of EMH. Sadly though, they have been trimming those offerings down too. It has gotten to the point where I can't stand Buzz or Peter Pan anymore (sadly my kids still love them).

Wish EMH was like back in 92, when the whole park was open. Then the Dream would still be worth while.

The aperitif is now restricted to orange juice.

Also very unhappy that the family discount is no longer available with the 18 months for 12 - went it to AP office on Monday and was advised it was available, then went to renew on Tuesday and was advised that I had been advised wrong as that offer expired on 6th April, was then advised that 6th APril was wrong and it was actually November last year

They mentioned that you could also visit Buffalo Bills for free in the month of your birthday.

So they half caved in on the aperitif ... seems cheap that they won't offer an alcoholic aperitif as well :sad2:

So if you'd renewed on Monday you might have got it as that was the last day at last years conditions ? .... I've seen the 6th of April - November thing but it's supposed to be Nov 2011 not 2010.

They did say to us when we renewed that all the advantages can be taken away at any time and the only thing garanteed was your entrance with the AP's

They mentioned that you could also visit Buffalo Bills for free in the month of your birthday.

Saw that that is also continued to Nov 2011 but I think it was the same last year and then it was extended.

Did you renew for Dreams or go for Fantasy instead ?

I wish someone had mentioned that to me. *sighs*

I actually got my AP a little more than two weeks after my birthday and found have totally fit the criteria, but they didn't say anything.

Didn't renew at all - our next proposed trip is in August so if we do go, we will buy them again - most likely Dream as 4/5 want the EMH

Over the two days, we spoke to three different people in the AP office.
Monday - was advised that 18 months was available with family reduction
Tuesday - was advised that 18 months was not available with family reduction - this offer had been withdrawn on 6th April 2011
Tuesday - supposed Manager advised the offer had actually been withdrawn in November 2010 and her colleague who was standing next to her had given me the wrong information

I just felt annoyed that the staff didn't really care about us and when the supposed manager waved her hand around, I knew that it was a complete waste of time talking.

Buffalo Bills we knew nothing about this and as we have two birthdays in March and two in October we might have thought about a trip in one of these months as we haven't seen the new show with Mickey in it.

I'm not sure if you know that all of this is on the Annual Pass section of the French Disneyland Paris website. It can be tricky to navigate if you don't speak a little French though.
The password for the AP section of the website is mickey1929 :)

It would have been nice if they had at least mentioned that there actually is an AP section on the French website. *grumbles*

I usually only use the UK and German sites because my French isn't that good.

It's almost as if they are totally set up for only selling AP's to French speaking guests isn't it...mind you I suppose I've only found WDW AP info in English so it's not really much different

Yeah, it really does.

I'm not sure about WDW (never had an AP there), but at least at DLR they do have the paperwork in Spanish too. Paris doesn't even have the contract they make you sign available in another language.
