AP monthly payment plan

I just got off the phone with Disney CS and was told the monthly payment plan is only valid for SoCal residents, but I was sure I read somewhere here that anybody can get it. Can anybody confirm this? I'd really like to use the payment plan if I can.

The program (for all four AP levels) is advertised as only being available to Southern California residents; however, we spoke by phone to a Resort ticket agent who advised us that Northern Californians can use the monthly payment program for Deluxe or Premium Passports, though a supervisor's approval may be needed at the ticket booth.

when I talked to the ticket department when this first came out. I was told thta NoCAL could get it as well. They just had to ask for a supervisor to override it.

That is very interesting. I am so bummed out that I wont be able to renew our AP this year because I was laid off 6 LOOOOOOOOOOng months ago...But this news brings me Hope I live in Nor cal and that payment plan would be awesome for us to do . Questions for you?

1.Who Did you call to confirm that it can be overridden by a supervisor for Nor Cal residents for the AP?

Can you give me the number to call .

I just got back from DL last night and got our AP's on the monthly pmt. plan. It is only offered to So. Cal residents. The people in front of us in line were from N. Cal and they could not get it.
