AP holders, stayed onsite, loved FP+

We live close enough to take many short weekend trips throughout the year, usually on slower weekends. We usually stay at a value resort and this weekend it was Pop.

We were not power users of the old FP but we definitely used more than three. But, I LOVED scheduling my FP ahead of time and not having to split up and send someone running around to get the pieces of paper. All 4 of our bands worked every single time for all entries, rides, room key, and purchases.

After reading these boards, I didn't expect to like it but I really really did!

The fantasy land FP+ kiosk had a long line but I didn't see any other long kiosk waits anywhere else at MK, Epcot, or HS. There were CM posted off the beaten path with FP+ signs and ipads and they almost always had no one, so I would look for them if at all possible!

I am an AP as well (not local) but also had a great experience with FP+. I was there in December and while the MDE site had a few glitches we didn't have a problem at all with the technology.

I will have to say...the little plastic push decorations for the bands are truly awful. They pop out so easily. I lost one within an hour of buying them. I hope they come up with something better than those things. Don't waste your money.

We are annual passholders and we love the Magic Bands and Fastpass+ too. We had a stay at Pop and now have our bands. I love scheduling our Fastpasses for the afternoon or evening and not having to rush to a park to get Fastpasses before they run out. Our bands and scanning have worked well every time. I understand the reason for tiering and do not have a problem with it.
