I am a new AP holder and am having big trouble logging in and cracking the code.
The first part I'm sure is fine, its the last box that reads:

Tr###, then the box underneath reads #...#####

On my pass I have 8 digits spaced **** ****

So which numbers do i put into the box? Could you tell me like 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc.
Thanks for any help you can give

Do you have an exchange voucher or the actual AP?

When I log into the passholder site, I select the first "sample" which is for annual/seasonal passes. I use the drop down menu to select the code for the location that the pass was purchased. This is a three letter code that appears on the pass after the TR number (on mine, it's under the "Valid through 00/00/00" on the pass). For example, the pass before this one, I had renewed at Epcot, so the code was WEC. Once you've selected your code from the drop down menu, the next box is for the number that follows the code. So if your pass said "WEC:108" you would enter "108" in the second box. Then you enter the month, day, and year that the ticket was PRINTED (not your pass activation date or expiration date). I usually renew my pass a couple weeks before the old one expires. So, if my pass was expiring 6/1/07, and I renew it at Epcot on 5/15/07, the system is looking for the May date, not the June one. The last box is for the actual ticket number itself. This can be a 1 to four digit number and follows the printing date.

So if your ticket, for example, reads across the bottom "TR 7 WEC:108 05/15/07 112" you would enter "WEC 108 05 15 07 112" into the boxes. I hope that helps.

thanks for trying fla4fun, but mine is a voucher so reads a little differently to that, ah well.....

Have you tried entering the last four digits only, in that box? Usually with any Disney ticket, the last segment of numbers is the actual ticket number, so that may be what it's looking for.

Just tried and no go:confused3 Thanks for trying, its worse than a Mensa puzzle I'm afraid,

Have you tried both of the voucher samples?

Also, the passholder site doesn't always work during the late night and early morning hours. I usually can't log in myself until after 7am.

Ok I'm in! it was the last 4 digits, it was the website not me, thanks for your help:thumbsup2

Yea!!! I know it's been frustrating for me when I try too early and it gives me the "invalid pass number" message when I know I have it in right. Hope you find what you're looking for!
