You'll have to pay to park, but you'll get a refund at guest services. Take your receipt with you to pick up your annual pass.

You can also get your passes at DTD.

We once went in to Epcot to renew our passes, showed the renewal voucher at the toll gate and the CM waived us through. Don't know that it would work for you but I would try.

If you are checked into a Disney resort parking is free as long as your pass is in the window.
