I've no idea if they'll let you if she's not 3. Why not call David, the manager at the call centre, to find out for you? He sounds quite dishy!
The manager called me back and said having spoken to the Annual Passport office the offer would be available until 7th November and is available for UK addresses as well as French. I did query why the website was not up to date (still says April) and he said he'd query that and if the answer was different to what he'd already told me he'd call me back.
Good news for me, not so good for DH because this means I'll be hassling him to go in May or June!

Emma your daughter will need to be over three before you can purchase an AP.Now im hoping i can get Kyras in September now when we go if shes just a few weeks away from turning 3.
So to get the free childs AP, you just do the same as for the adult ones when you get there,have photo taken etc ,you just don't pay for it ?!
and what did i read on the other thread ? the child's free one then cannot sponsor / be sponsored ? is that correct ?
