Didn't I read where AP holders would be able to schedule FP prior to entering the parks without an onsite stay? When was that suppose to begin?

Limited testing with selected Disney-invited AP holders.

I have not seen any reports on when the testing will be started.

No date has been officially announced.

Once you have your ap linked to a magic band you can book whenever you want within 60 days

I have an AP and can book any time inside 60 days

Right yes I stayed on site once but can book now without having to

The latest that I've heard is from an email that I got last week for AP holders that had no set date in it for this to begin, but stated at the bottom to keep watching these AP holder emails for new features such as how and when you will be able to book FP+ reservations in advance.

So they specifically mentioned it, but without any calendar date given yet.

I was able to book some FP+ selections for this upcoming weekend earlier today without an onsite stay. I just booked our actual room about an hour ago, but I made my FP+ selections about 6 hours ago. I didn't even think about the fact that not having a reservation would keep us from doing that, and we didn't have any problems making them :confused3
