Hi, Everyone --
I have a question about using the finger scans when you have APs. My mother and I are thinking of going to WDW in December and I was thinking of getting APs, but Im afraid my mother might have trouble with the finger scan. Mom will be 83 when we go and has some trembling in her hands. I'm afraid the trembling might make it hard for the machine to get a read on her fingers. If that happened, she'd get nervous, which would probably make the shaking worse and if she had to try the scan numerous times, she'd get upset.
Do you think this might be a problem? I'm thinking it might be easier on Mom to just get passes and use them. If I get the passes through AAA there's not that much difference in the price between a 4 day and a 5 day pass and an AP.
Any thoughts?
Thanks.
