AP - exchange cert. - cannot log in -help

...just received my annual pass exchange certificate. I an unable to log on to the annual passholders site as the last numbers on the cert do not match the log-in format (tr: #).

the format is: Tr: #-### and I have Tr: ###(space) ###

Has anybody else had this problem???

Yup try just the last 3 digits if that doesn't work do the last 2 and that should do it for you.

I had exactly the same problem - this is how I got around it:

My Tr number was 11 14 (with the space). I had to input only the last two characters. The rest of the voucher information was input exactly the way it was displayed on the voucher.

Tried the last 2, 3, space, no space, all different combinations... nothing works.

First you have to choose the correct exchange certificate. There are two. Mine is the 2nd one

next enter the date on the card

For example

12 01 05

then you change the drop down menu to the letter combination that is yours. Mine was WMK

Then... ignore the number of #### that is under the next blank and just enter the number that comes after the :

Mine was 042

Finally enter the number of your AP. ignore how many ##### you see. My card # at the end is 333.

It goes in the same order as your card except you skip a couple of parts like the NB004 part and the TR number part.

I have a seasonal pass exchange certificate and tried everything to make it work...it didn't. I finally called, and I needed 3 additional numbers at the end which they gave me. Problem solved.
