AP Discounts - Non Member?

Are AP discounts ever offered for people who are not military or Vacation Club members? Do they offer advance purchase discounts as they do on other type of tickets?

I thought AP stood for annual pass? Is that what you mean? I know anyone can buy and annual pass.

Discounts are not available to the general public on this media type. Back when the Disney CLub existed there was a small discount on the AP, but unless you l are a DVC member, military or FL resident there are no discounts available for the AP.

$100 off an AP, $125 off a PAP. this is a brand new perk for DVC members that goes into effect Jan. 2nd.
