This. Disney is really getting good with their math. Raising prices before a discount comes out. Well played. When rack rates are released for the first time for the following year, chances are that rate will be higher than what is released. This used to never happen.

FWIW...this did not happen to us. We saved an additional $25 per night over what we were paying for the OG summer discount at GF.

My daughter either. She had the general discount and the AP rate saved her another $40. If they raised prices, I sure couldn't tell it. Most likely any price increase is because of a change of rates due to the season, not across the board price hikes.

Thank you so much!! One probably stupid question - I can book a deluxe studio standard view at the Poly Villas and Bungalows for about $459/night with the summer discount. Is that different than the regular Poly? I have no familiarity with this resort (obviously!!).

I’m also unfamiliar with the layout of this resort, but I grabbed an image that appears to show the location of the villas. If it helps, I’ll also update the list of rooms with the Passholder discount to include the villas. (Currently the only villa showing availability for your dates is Standard view.)
