Do you get a discount on regular admission park tickets if you have an AP? I can't find anything on the US website that says you can or do and I even went in and registered my AP.

I know Sea World has an AP discount for tickets but their online ticket price is cheaper than the AP discount.

Universal's online ticket price is $20 less than gate price already so I assume they just aren't giving a further discount than that?

Passholders receive a 10% discount off gate prices for single day tickets and 15% off multiple day tickets for up to six people.

The $20.00 discount for online tickets looks like it's only for multiday tickets. What if you just need a one day park to park ticket? I have an AP, but my husband will need a one day park to park. Would it be cheaper to buy it online or to wait and use my AP discount at the gate? other options? What's the cheapest option to get his ticket?

Since one day ticket discounts are few and very far between, I would just use the AP discount when you arrive.

OK, thanks! A couple of years ago we took advantage of the $99.00 7 day park to park deal they had going. Wish we could find another deal like that. Buying a 7 day ticket was cheaper than buying a one day ticket now.:rotfl:

It's not as good as that 7-day deal for $99 you mentioned, but if you're DH has an AP, and that means you might get down there more than once by 2015, you could get the 3 day 2 park ticket from CostCo for $147.

This is one of the few multi day tickets that don't make you use all the days consecutively, so you can keep coming back for single days.
