AP discount extension?

thanks everyone for your replies - i think i'll stick with the 40% off total for now - we've had to move on our last day on two previous DVC trips and it is a pain - especially on a shorter trip...but i would do it mombeth2008 if i was paying $810!!! fingers crossed that the AP rates get extended soon!!!

Yes, odd that they haven't posted AP discounts. They always were out there before the GP ones.

I agree! The CM I spoke to said that the GP discounts might be better than the AP ones. I hope she was wrong!

That would be odd as well. Usually the AP and FL rates are out first and usually they are a little better than the GP. It's also very early for the summer months for either as well.

Totally! I was really surprised the CM said that. I hope AP discounts come out soon so we can see for ourselves!

As of an hour ago, I was still unable to access the passholder site. Hope this means we are getting extended offers!

I cannot get into the site, it has a new screen to enter your passholder ticket info - but when I do it says it cannot verify it.........

I keep getting a log in screen to my bookmarked passholder site. The one where you enter your ticket code and they have you saved with all the offers and stuff? You are able to access that page? Most of us couldn't last night. Wonder why I can't today

I guess I'm special. I could get in last night, too - and that was a different computer (home and work computers).

I just go to the main site, click login, then login, and then click passholders.

I did get the screen to enter (again) my passholder ID when I logged in yesterday, but I saved the changes and was able to access as usual today!

LOL I guess some of us unluckys are just locked out for some reason! Everytime we try and log on we get a dumb error message. I am glad you guys are able to get in so maybe I can try on our laptop tonight. Thanks for the well wishes!!

I had alot of trouble with the regular Disney vacation site. I called and was told that their system is optimized to work with Internet Explorer 6! Anything more recent than that may not allow you to properly access the system. Perhaps that may apply to changes on the AP site as well. I need to go on my laptop to access the site. My desktop has IE 8 and gives us problems.

I was just on WDW site. You do have to be signed on (with email address) to get to the AP section. At least that's what happened to me yesterday and just a few minutes ago. You did have to reenter the AP number which is also new. They show about 5or6 different backs of tickets and you have to pick yours.

Just called tech support and they said passholder site is down and not sure when it will be up again.
