AP Disappeared From App

I purchased a 2-Park Seasonal Pass in July and used it in August. I am planning another visit in February and just checked the Universal App and my pass is gone. It used to be in wallet. I even checked used/expired tickets and its not there either. What should I do?

I would call th pass holder line. The number is on the back of your AP.

Weird. I rescanned the card and it put it back.
