AP Blackout Dates -End of Aug/Early Sept

I know this is a slower season. That said, it is unusual for Labor Day to be so late into September. That is what is concerning me. I am wondering if the Labor Day long weekend will be blacked out on the base AP.

Does anyone know, or can point me to what has been done in the past?

The blackout dates for the 2015 Power Pass are on the Universal site. Make sure to scroll down as the 2014 dates are at the top. Last two weeks of August and all of September are open

I can usually find the info I need if I dig hard enough, but this time I guess I figured the blackout dates would be on the purchase page since the link to the benefits comparison is on that page. I obviously didn't dig far enough!
